HorizonsLive is a Web Design and I.T. support company that attempts to help individual professionals and business owners with little to no internet nor technical experience attain a working technical environment along with more visibility on the web by designing their first website, editing their existing site, or supporting their network structure. Once we design your web page or web site, or give your business technical support, it will be included in our Online Directory. Our Online Directory serves as our portfolio of Web Design, our Links Exchange program as well, and gives our customers an added marketing source. Online Directory is FREE with any of our services. We also provide High quality Hosting and Domain Name Registration along with Online Site-Builders, SSL certificates, branded e-mails, and much more at very attractive prices!.

The program is structured to benefit everyone. Our customers have us design a web page or web site for them, or do it themselves using our Online Site-Builder. Once the work is completed they become our member by submitting their site to our Online Directory. The Online Directory serves as our Portfolio page of custom web designs as well as a Links Exchange portal that gives our members added marketing visibility and allows us to grow our site's popularity on the web. Our Online Directory members benefit from our traffic. Our visitors now become their potential visitors and hopefully their customers. Online visitors can find the services they are looking for, whether it be ours or that of our customers, Professionals can promote themselves as commodities, and Business Owners can market their products and services to customers they may not have been able to reach before. The Online Directory is organized by Category and includes information such as Business Name, Description, Address, City, Zip Code, and web URL to facilitate search. Those businesses or individuals that hire our company for technical support on their computers and networks only have the opportunity to add their business to our Online Directory if they so choose to. Custom web pages and web site designs are priced per project and are very difficult to pre-determine a set price without knowing what design elements are needed to provide the customer with what they are looking for. These customers can contact our office directly at 407-716-7594 or communicate with our Dream Design Team through our Web Solutions portal on our home page to discuss project and pricing. Our online Site-Builder is very easy to use and provides a more budget friendly approach to our customers web design needs. It consists of self made web design through the use of an online site-builder interface and pre-existing layouts and our customer's website can be live on the web in a very short period of time. Domain names can average around $10.69 / yr and Hosting can average as low as $4.99 / mth. Many of our other products and services also have very attractive prices. For the most part there are no contracts with HorizonsLive. All monies are paid up-front prior to design unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of project consultation. In such cases there will be a contract stating the terms agreed upon with a minimum of a non-refundable $50.00 set-up fee. We ask that you maintain a minimum of a 6 month period listed in our Online Directory once you become a member. You may cancel your service at any time to our directory but we ask that you do so after the first 6 months. Back to top.
To cancel membership to our Online Directory simply fill out the cancellation form within the Online Directory page and submit. Once we receive it your membership will be cancelled and your account will be removed from our Online Directory. Back to top.
In the Web Solutions portal found on our home page you will find all the information explaining in detail the pricing for each of our services and packages. From there you will be able to order your services and products and pay directly on the web using various forms such as the major credit cards or PayPal. Our store front site uses current state of the art SSL security that provides up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption to protect your information. In such cases where a custom contractual agreement is made there may be the need to pay outside of our online store front. In these cases we use PayPal to submit invoicing. If you already have a website and just want more exposure, we offer a FREE Links Exchange program. You will be included in our Online Directory along with the websites designed by our company. The difference comes in the display of your listing. Those websites designed by our company will have top positioning within each category and beneath them will be those not designed by us.
